Refund Process

  2. Share clear photos/videos showing the issue with the product

  3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 working days

  4. Once approved, the refund will be processed accordingly


Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, etc.)

  • Processing time may take 7–10 working days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side


Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange for eligible items instead of refunds where applicable
