  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations in Bangladesh. Availability may vary based on courier service policies.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof
